was organized in October 2015 by Dale C. Swygert, PLS as  a Sole Member LLC within the State of South Carolina.
 

Mr.  Swygert was employed by Survey & Mapping Services of SC, Inc.  (originally Survey & Engineering Services, Inc.) from March of 1984  until September of 2015, at which time it’s owner decided to retire.   With 30 plus years of excellent client relations as a Staff Surveyor and  Project Manager, there was a natural desire to continue to provide  those clients, and be able to offer potential new clients, quality and experienced surveying services.  And so, Sandlapper Surveying, LLC was born.
 

Since graduating from Midlands Technical  College in 1979, with an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering  Technology/ Surveying, Mr. Swygert has gain extensive experience in the surveying field, working on a wide array of projects throughout the  state of South Carolina, the eastern United States, and even at  Guantanamo Naval Base in Cuba.  And as with many professionals, Mr.  Swygert constantly supplements that experience with continuing education.  As Owner, he serves as the general manager for all business  operations and development.  He closely monitors and coordinates all surveying efforts and directly supervises all personnel.
 

Sandlapper  Surveying, LLC provides a quality and experienced staff (the current  staff has 70+ years of surveying experience) in order to meet client  needs.  Sandlapper also utilizies state-of-the-art technology and  equipment, both in-house and in the field, to gather accurate  measurements and data efficiently.   This equipment, coupled with a  competent staff, provides our clients with complete, professional  surveying services.
